We love to share delicious food, craft beer & wine pairings with our guests on our Salmon River raft trips. There is nothing compared to sitting down to a fine meal in one of the most beautiful settings in the world. You will eat better than you do at home and be continually amazed at what our guide crew can produce out of our coolers day after day.
Chris has brewed award winning beer for over 20 years and organizes the two largest beer competitions (Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup) on earth. Mary started baking in her mother’s kitchen and learned how to improvise from a grandma who never used a recipe to cook. We fell in love over a home cooked meal and a six pack of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale…
We choose craft beers and unique wines to complement our dinner main courses; these pairings set us apart from all other outfitters. Raft trip menu inspirations come from off-season tastings with friends and during time shared together in the kitchen. We have a lot of fun coming up with the best choices to serve you on the river.
Cooking with Craft Beer & Wine
We also use craft beer and wine when cooking meats and making sauces.
